Controversy arose again as Uber President Jeff Jones resigned from the company. Troubles will be increasing with the resignation of Uber President Jeff Jones at Uber's headquarters. Uber recently faced severe criticism over sexual harassment issues and now Jeff Jones also resigned due to difference of leadership approach. Recode reported that this resignation will surely increase controversies at Uber. Jeff Jones resigned from Uber after serving at the company only for six months and he sent his official statement to Recode. Uber CEO Travis Kalanick also confirmed the news in an official email to his employees. This is 2nd resignation of executives as the SVP

Company is also facing a lawsuit from Waymo, whereas recently #deleteuber campaign forced the CEO Uber to step down from business advisory council of Trump. Apparently, company will be not be hiring a new president immediately because now it needs a powerful person to handle all these issues in an efficient manner. This resignation of Jeff Jones will surely bring the employees' morale down. It can be a great step if some of the Uber's higher management is moved to position of President who have the ability to control the nerves, take bold decisions and motivate the employees.
